Step 3: Waterproof and Decorate

An oil base, ready-to-use, waterproofing paint that provides a smooth, flat finish. Contains Portland Cement and rubberized resins to seal all interior and exterior masonry walls, both above and below grade, and to resist alkali and mildew. No pre-mixing or pre-wetting is required. Sunny Dry may be applied on uncured concrete, on slightly damp surfaces, or on previously painted surfaces. However, best results and warranty compliance are obtained when applied over dry, unpainted masonry surface.

Excellent for: basement walls, garage walls ,exterior foundations ( above or below grade), retaining walls, stucco - brick - block and poured concrete

Coverage: On rough, porous surfaces, up to 100 sq. ft. per gallon; moderately porous surfaces, up to 125 sq. ft. per gallon; smooth concrete or previously painted surfaces, up to 150 sq. ft. per gallon.
